The Scowling Sidekick: A My Hero Academia Fanfiction

This is a fanfiction of the My Hero Academia story with original characters. Like all my other stories, this story was incepted from a nightmare. The main character is Sekai, who believes she is quirkless like Midoriya, whom she hates. She has a tragic backstory and ends up wanting to jump off a building to end it, and stumbles upon a dark-purple-haired beauty being harassed. After Sekai heard this beauty say words that resonated with her, she decided to try to be a hero in her last moments for the one person she deemed worthy. However, her suicide didn’t go as planned, and the girl who was being harassed and having trouble using her quirk rushed in and saved her with a kiss. Suddenly able to use her quirk and ‘fade into the background’ as a drawing, pulling Sekai into the drawing with her. Apparently, the beauty can’t use her quirk if she is creeped out, but she could when Sekai was there. Because of this, she asked Sekai to be her sidekick. Sekai’s life turned completely around, and she started dating her hero, Ayaka. Not long after becoming her sidekick, she realized that she had an amazing (often awkward) quirk, but due to the difficult life she was living, she could never manifest it before. Quirk education changes drastically because of these two girls... for both heroes and villains.
